A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Port Harcourt has remanded six people in Port Harcourt Maximum Prison for claimed inclusion in cultism in the state.

The blamed people were captured on June 16 this year, over their claimed cooperation in the exercises of the mystery clique bunches known as Vikings and Iceland.
The checks express:
"That you Savior Felix, Jude Chinda, Samuel Abe and Emeka Benjamin and others everywhere on the sixteenth June, 2017 at Ogbunabali town, Port Harcourt, in the Port Harcourt Magisterial District conspired among yourselves to submit Felony to mind: Cult exercises and in this way dedicated an offense culpable Under Section 7 (c) of the Secret Cult and Similar Activities (Prohibition) Laws of Rivers State No. 6 of 2004.The trial Magistrate, Sir Sokari Andrew-Jaja, remanded the blamed people in jail, saying that his court needs locale to allow them safeguard.
