AGF, EFCC go head to head: Senior lawyer, Mike Ozekhome reacts

Sacred legal counselor and human rights lobbyist, Mike Ozekhome has noticed that the refusal of Monetary and Budgetary Violations Commission, EFCC, to submit examinations reports of debasement cases to the Lawyer General of the Organization, AGF, as intrinsically required has tossed Nigeria into a major wreckage.

There has been a go head to head between the EFCC and the AGF with the later undermining to report both the ICPC and the EFCC to the Administration for withholding records of defilement bodies of evidence against previous Governors and Legislators. 

Ozekhome portrayed EFCC's state of mind as exemption in its frame which is likened to the best type of defilement. 

He said by leaving on such activity, "The EFCC is not just breaking area 10 of the EFCC Controls, 2010, yet is really subverting the Nigerian Constitution in a most egregious way." 

The human rights legal advisor in an announcement he entitled "EFCC Versus AGF Go head to head: When the Tail Sways the Canine" stated, "I am not shocked that the EFCC has derisively and hatefully declined to forward to the Lawyer General of the League the result of examinations of prominent Debasement cases with the suggestions consequently. 

"The EFCC has since turned into an island on to itself, almost certainly, a nation inside a nation, similar to the Papacy, which is perceived by the UNO, is a Country inside Italy, another country. 

"It has since carried on, acted and lived over the traditions that must be adhered to, in spite of its witticism, 'Nobody is exempt from the laws that apply to everyone else'.

"It doesn't obey administrative questions or resolutions of the bicameral National Get together (Senate and Place of Delegates).
