A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has requested the perpetual relinquishment of a $37.5m property on Banana Island in Lagos, professedly having a place with a previous Pastor of Oil Asset, Mrs Diezani Allison-Madueke.
Equity Chuka Obiozor requested the perpetual relinquishment of the property to the National Government on Monday after the Monetary and Money related Violations Commission contended a movement on see before him.
The property, recognized as building 3, Square B, Bella Vista Plot 1, Banana Island Foreshore Domain, has 24 lofts, 18 pads and six penthouses, as indicated by prosecutors.
Equity Obiozor had on July 19 requested the impermanent relinquishment of the property in the wake of tuning in to an exparte application brought by the EFCC's Head of Lawful, Mr Anselm Ozioko.
