Rapper Olamide In danger Of N3 Million Fine, One-Year Prison Term Over "Wo" Video (Full Significance)

The ministry wrote on Twitter

"The substance and video contains scenes that abuse the prohibition on Tobacco Publicizing, Advancement and Sponsorship arrangement of the demonstration #ClearTheAir." 

The 28-year-old rapper, who is marked to his own particular record name, YBNL, had come back to Ladi Lak in Bariga where he was raised to shoot the video of his most recent single. 

As indicated by the 2015 Tobacco Control Act, it is precluded to advance or promote tobacco or tobacco items with the exception of between a maker, retailer and consenting people over 18 years old.

Individual that produces or distributes publicizing, advancement or sponsorship content might draw in a fine of at least N3,000,000 and a term of detainment of not over one year.
