Obanikoro sues EFCC for seizing his property, demands apology

A previous Minister of State for Defense, Sen. Musiliu Obanikoro, has sued the EFCC for the seizure of his property. 

He recorded the suit on Wednesday at the Federal High Court in Lagos. 

Obanikoro and his family are suing the commission, looking for court's affirmation that the mighty seizure of their belongings constitutes a gross infringement of their rights.

The candidates incorporate Obanikoro's better half Moroophat, his children Gbolahon, Babajide and his significant other Fati.

The candidates are imploring the court for a request, putting aside the mighty confinement of their properties on June 14, 2016.
