The disciplinary advisory group of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in ward C, Mushin, Lagos State, has suggested a 10-year suspension for the national lawful consultant of the gathering, Muiz Banire.
This comes after the board explored the claim of hostile to party exercises leveled against him.
Banire, who was welcome to the hearing, did not show up, but rather the panel proceeded with the activity.
Introducing the answer to the gathering's ward official on Wednesday, executive of the board of trustees, Bolaji Abbas said the board had discovered Banire chargeable of assertions against him after watchful and exhaustive examination.
"We have done our work, having analyzed the claims leveled against him by party individuals at the ward," he said.
"In our report, we prescribe that he ought to be suspended from the gathering between five to 10 years.
"We are sending the answer to the fitting quarters for the vital actions," he said.
Getting the report, ward chairman of the party, Bolaji Amusan, said the ward official would forward the answer to the gathering's nearby government official for the important activity.
"Truly, we have gotten the report today, however we will forward it to the gathering's official at the nearby government who will follow up on it," he said.
