A lawyer representing Igbos dwelling in the North, Vincent Egechukwu Obeta, has recorded three claims under the watchful eye of the Government High Court in Abuja, and the Financial People group of West African States (ECOWAS) Court trying to propel the Auditor General of Police (IGP) to capture individuals from the Arewa Consultative Gathering, ACF, inside seven days.
Obeta, who put forth the exposure in an announcement on Monday said the main claim looks for a Request of Mandamus of the Government High Court, convincing the IGP to capture ACF's pioneer, Yerima Shettima and the body's individuals who had in July, issued a quit see requesting that Igbos empty North by October 1.
Review that the Northern gathering had a week ago pulled back the quit see, asking Igbos to approach their exercises in the district.
Be that as it may, the legal advisor said the second claim is looking for a central rights implementation against Shettima, the IGP and the Government.
Obeta noticed that the claim tries to uphold the privileges of the Igbo to move openly all through Nigeria and to dwell in any piece of the nation as ensured by Area 41(1) of the Constitution.
The third is a principal rights implementation suit, documented at the ECOWAS Court, against Shettima, the IGP and the National Government.
Obeta cautioned that should the police manager neglected to consent to the Request of Mandamus to capture Yerima, if allowed by the Government High Court, he will approach the Worldwide Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, to squeeze criminal allegations against them.
He unveiled that one of the charges would be the supporting and abetting of a moment genocide against the Igbo in the North.
Obeta stated, "My criminal suit for such second genocide against Ndigbo in the North will be recorded against Shettima, the IGP, the Lawyer General of the League (AGF), Educator Ango Abdullahi and Teacher Yemi Osinbajo as the Acting Leader of Nigeria when the danger of a moment genocide against Ndigbo in the North was issued."
The legal advisor expressed that the IGP, Lawyer General of the Organization, AGF, and the VP, Yemi Osinbajo will be charged before the ICC for intentionally fail to capture and arraignment of Arewa young people pioneer after he issued the quit take note.
"Completely such capture and indictment will do the trick to settle the three suits as documented. It is not any more news that the pessimistic hush and show inclination of the Government and its organizations since the treasonable risk against the Ndigbo was issued have energized and opened a conduit of loathe talks and tunes," he said.
