Dortmund replaces Ousmane Dembele with €25m Andriy Yarmolenko

Bundesliga giants, Borussia Dortmund have signed Andriy Yarmolenko from Dynamo Kiev for the whole of €25m as a replacement for Ousmane Dembele.

After Dembele left for Barcelona this week, Dortmund required a move to reinforce their attack and Ukraine global, Yarmolenko had all the earmarks of being his ideal successor. 

Yarmolenko has scored 99 objectives in 228 appearances for his past club, Dynamo Kiev since 2008. 

"I am extremely appreciative that Dynamo Kiev has satisfied my fantasy of having the capacity to change to a major European club! I will buckle down in each preparation to enable BVB to accomplish its most elevated objectives – that is the thing that I generally do," said Yarmolenko. 

Yarmolenko has now marked an agreement that will till 30 June 2021 and will "fly" with Jeysey No.9.
