Ajimobi presents staffs of office to new Ibadan rulers

The Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi, on Sunday exhibited staff of office to the 21 new rulers in Ibadan.

At the ceremony held at Mapo Hall in Ibadan, the representative told the people at the event that he didn't have anything against the Olubadan of Ibadan arrive, Oba Saliu Adetunji, who was not at the function, focusing on that the activity took after due process.

Among the dignitaries at the service were the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulraseed Akanbi; Niyi Akintola (SAN); previous president-general of the Focal Chamber of Ibadan Indigenes, Boss Bayo Oyero; Administrator of Christian Relationship of Nigeria in Oyo State, Minister Benjamin Akanmu; the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Alhaji Daud Akinola; and executive of the All Progressives Congress in the state, Associated Oke.
