Boy, friends allegedly snatch, rape lady for a considerable period of time in Ogun

An Abeokuta Magistrates' Court on Wednesday remanded in jail a 20-year-old, Victor Ayomide, for purportedly snatching and sexually attacking a 15-year-old young lady. 

Victor, who resides in Oke Itoku range of Abeokuta, is confronting a three-tally charge of trick, unlawful snatching and disgusting ambush. 

Prosecutor, Insp. Olakunle Shonibare, said the denounced conferred the offenses with others still everywhere between July 27 and August 3 at Isale-Abese, Ijaiye in the state capital. 

Shonibare said the charged unlawfully confined the young girl (name withheld) and kept her in his home for the reason having coitus with of her without the learning of her folks. 

The blamed profanely attacked the young lady, he said. 

The offenses repudiated Segments 361, 360 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun 2006. 

The denounced, be that as it may, argued not blameworthy to the charges. 

Judge Idowu Olayinka allowed the charged a N50,000 safeguard with two sureties in like aggregate.
